Summary: Effects of the true bond for work between dental remainder and reinforcement filling, in the stress resistance to occlusal loads of the masticatory type in 72 devitalized premolars, were studied. With that object and in two trial series, the first composed by 6 groups of 5 teeth each and the second by 7 groups of 6 teeth each, diverse composite resin solutions, Auto-Thermo and light cured, plus different systems of bonding agents, were analized and compared with the traditional solution tooth-dowel and core of cast metal with fixation by Zinc-Oxyphosphate cement, or the most modern, bonding by Glass-Ionomer cement. New criteria for the analysis of the tooth stress state by assessing the fracture tension and not the fracture force were developed, the same as a new qualifying system for a comparative evaluation of different solutions. The reinforcement of Thermocured Composite Resin with Fluid Resin Bonding Agent or ITS plus Scotchbond, showed lower values in the first Trial Series as compared with the Auto- or Light cured composite resins placed in the tooth with the same bonding agents. The dowel and core solutions of Composite Resin, ligth cured out of the tooth or Autocured by a glass ionomer bonding agent, fluid resin with acid etched, or acid etched plus ITS and Scotchbond, were better cualified than the Cast metal dowel and core with Glass ionomer Bonding Agent, which in turn was superior to that of Cast Metal dowel and core with Zinc-Oxyphosphate fixation.
